About us
General Atomics AeroTec Systems is a modern, international aviation company and manufacturer of the legendary Do228 aircraft. The company is currently manufacturing the new Do228 NXT special mission aircraft. In Oberpfaffenhofen, in the heart of Europe, we offer maintenance, modernization and upgrades for the Do228 in a state-of-the-art One-Stop-Shop. In addition, we carry out maintenance services for military helicopters and offer engine overhauls for Honeywell engines.
Aircraft have been manufactured and serviced at our site for over 40 years. Our team consists of around 400 motivated, talented and highly qualified employees.

Do228 NXT
The Do228 NXT is a versatile turboprop aircraft that can be used for passenger transport, cargo transport and special mission operations. It impresses with its STOL capabilities, the ability to land on unpaved runways and numerous sensor and equipment options.
