Walzwerke Einsal is a leading manufacturer of long products made of stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium. The product range includes hot-rolled and bright-drawn bars in flat and square formats as well as customized special profiles.

With an annual production of around 18,000 tons, we continuously develop innovative steel and stainless-steel solutions. Walzwerke Einsal is EN 9100 certified and approved by most well-known OEMs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and traceability throughout the production process.

We offer independent sourcing of billets worldwide and maintain an availability of around 3,500 tons of raw material. Our fully automatic hot rolling mill operates without the need to change calibres, ensuring maximum flexibility and efficiency. Bars with diameters from 40 mm up to 140 mm can be converted into flat profiles. We operate a single-bar quenching line and various other heat treatment facilities, including those capable of meeting NADCAP requirements. Subcontracting options are available to achieve even greater flexibility. Our setup supports both prototyping and development projects using our MOQ, as well as serial production.

We can supply virtually any grade for which raw material is available, including (but not limited to): AISI 3310, 4140, 4340, 410, 416, 420, 303, 304, 316, Nitronic 50, A-286, 316LVM, 904L, 17-4, 15-5, 13-8, 718, C276, 625, X, 188, L-605, Ti Gr.1, Ti Gr.4, and Ti Gr.5.
