The VELVET projector is the only projector worldwide with a true contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 and a high pixel resolution of 4K (4096 x 2160). The renowned ZEISS optics display even the finest image details with exceptional sharpness and without any chromatic aberration.

The VELVET SIM LED VISIR projector has two signal inputs: one for visual and one for NVG content. The NVG content is displayed in the near-infrared range, which is only visible with a real NVG. This feature allows special effects such as night vision searchlights or infrared aiming devices to be displayed in the simulation with maximum realism. Equipping helicopter simulators with VELVET SIM LED VISIR projectors is simple, as the projectors are compatible with the motion system.
