For over 150 years, the name STAHLWILLE has been a byword for
innovative premium handtools that are »Made in Germany«.
With its intelligent torque technology and tool systems, high-grade tightening tools and individual solutions for tool storage in a modern design, STAHLWILLE continues to redefine standards.
The company unites all the outstanding features of traditional German forging, state-of- the-art production techniques and digital technologies.
For over thirty years STAHLWILLE has been recognised as being a leading partner of the aerospace industry.
Due to its unrivalled focus on customers specific needs, STAHLWILLE offers premium tool solutions >>Made in Germany<<: torque wrenches, fine-tooth ratchets, wire-twisting pliers, torque-testers, calibrating and adjusting units, pliers wrench, spline drive tools, torsion bits, high-lok tools, tool-trolleys.
STAHLWILLE wire-twisting pliers grip the wire reliably without damaging it and with no loss of crimp strength. The twist function can be switched over and even locked. The head has a special wire gripping pattern that prevents the wire being bent and thus simplifies threading.
The electronic perfectControl calibrating units check and calibrate electronic torque wrenches made by STAHLWILLE fully automatically, so the amount of effort and time required for calibrations and adjustments are reduced.
perfectControl calibrating units guarantee controlled application of force and, in conjunction with STAHLWILLE transducers, ensure the correct alignment of the tool for accurate readings.
MANOSKOP® 730 Quick mechanical torque wrench really does live up to its name »Quick«. It puts end users in a position where they can work faster and even more safely with the aid of numerous intelligent optimised details. We have improved the ergonomics and user-friendliness of the main controls. The new design, with opposing V-shaped »sights« and an integrated magnifier, facilitates fast, accurate setting even at an awkward reading angle.
STAHLWILLE fine-tooth ratchets with 80 teeth, a ratchet angle of only 4.5° and QuickRelease locking allow efficient, FOD-safe working in the most awkward of spaces.
Their outstandingly balanced mechanisms feature absolute precision, impressively smooth operation and high load-bearing capacity. The family includes models with two-component grips and slim steel handles, optionally with a 1/4", 3/8" or 1/2" drive.
A version with a multi-stage swivelling, lockable head is available, as are solutions for accommodating bits and Hi-Lok fasteners.
Only recently, STAHLWILLE launched two particularly compact steel-handle versions on the market: the 1/4" mini fine-tooth ratchet and the 1/4" mini fine-tooth bit ratchet.
